Terms and Conditions

Custom apparel, hard goods and calendars are non refundable and non returnable. ALL orders once artwork and invoice are improved can not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. MEGWEAR is not responsible for ANY items brought in and supplied by customer, if items are spoiled during production they will be taken off the invoice and returned to the customer. Customers dropping off goods need to be paid on invoice within 14 days or the goods will be donated to the local community shelters. MEGWEAR CAN NOT STORE CUSTOMER GOODS longer than 14 days. All orders are shipped within 14 working business days (excluding National Holidays) Monday – Friday. The shipping information and tracking number is provided by Megwear and will be given to the customer when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your shipping address location. Signatures are required on all orders over $1000.00 If customer would like to wave signature, we can do that for you, and once shipped Megwear is not responsible. If packages are returned to Megwear for non delivery, we will charge the customer an additional shipping cost to ship back. All orders not shipped with a signature to our customers are not the responsibility of Megwear once picked up from 5230 East Ave Countryside, IL 60525. All orders picked up by customer/s must be loaded into the vehicle by customer. (We do have a dolly customers can use to load.) Our employees can not load items into your car, or take dolly with boxes past the door. Megwear is not responsible for garments or goods once customer has taken possession of merchandise.
